Nicsa will host its inaugural Fearless Leadership Symposium virtually on June 16-17. The Fearless Leadership Symposium is the first conference put on by the trade organization focused solely on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) issues specific to the global asset management and fund industry.
Speakers, including Shundrawn Thomas, President of Northern Trust Asset Management, and George Gatch, CEO of JPMorgan Asset Management, will explore how inclusive leadership can enhance productivity, promote growth, and impact the bottom line.
As part of the symposium, Nicsa will also be recognizing Rising Star Program awardees: professionals in the early stages of their career who demonstrate leadership qualities and are committed to diverse and inclusive work environments. Awardees receive a variety of training, coaching and educational opportunities.
