Jeff Tjornehoj joined Broadridge as Director of Fiduciary & Compliance Research in June 2016 after nearly 19 years as a Research Analyst and Head of Americas Research at Thomson Reuters Lipper. At Lipper, he helped create the firm’s fund classification system, fund ratings, and internal methodologies and he co-authored (with Devin McCune) Lipper’s Trends in Subadvised Funds report. His observations on markets and fund industry developments have been frequently quoted in leading investment media such as Wall St Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, and CNBC. At Broadridge he’ll further his insatiable curiosity for the funds industry and lead the company’s efforts to build out new and better ways of understanding the world of collective investments.

Frank Polefrone

Frank Polefrone is the Senior Vice President of Product Development for Access Data, a Broadridge Company. He is responsible for setting product strategy and overseeing the management of our Enterprise Data Management, Analysis & Reporting Solutions. Frank works closely with clients and senior managers in the industry to gather feedback and input for product enhancements and launching new products.Frank has presented at mutual fund industry events and conferences including NICSA (National Investment Company Service Association), The Spark Institute, Strategic Insight Fund Trends Conference and has published articles on mutual fund distribution and products trends in the financial services media. He holds Series 24, 7, and 63 Securities Licenses.
Kate Thompson

Ms. Thompson is a managing director and Head of US Retail Distribution with Allianz Global Investors, which she joined in 1998. She is also a standing guest of the US Executive Committee. Ms. Thompson is responsible for the core business operations, strategy and growth of the firm’s Advisory Sales and Retirement Sales divisions; she is also responsible for the placement and distribution of the firm’s wide range of products offered through broker-dealers, financial advisors and other platforms. Ms. Thompson has held a variety of other positions within the firm, most recently as Head of Advisory National Accounts. She has 19 years of investment-industry experience. Ms. Thompson has a B.A. from the University College of Dublin, Ireland. She holds the FINRA series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.
Bobby Brooks

Deutsche Asset Management 

With his twenty-one years of industry experience, Brooks is a frequent speaker at major ETF and industry conferences, such as the Money Management Institute and Investment Consultants Association. Brooks joins from State Street Corp, where he had two stints. During his first stint, he helped State Street launch its ETF sales unit, before moving to Invesco PowerShares in 2006. At Power Shares Brooks helped the company triple its assets to $98 billion before he left last year to rejoin State Street. He combines his passion for the advisors with strong leadership skills to organize his distribution team to best partner with this client segment. Prior to joining Invesco he served as Principal and national sales manager for State Street Global Advisors and Senior Vice president, Director of Sales at Van Kampen Investmenets.
