Dan McCabe, Chief Executive Officer, Precidian
Daniel J. McCabe, CEO of Precidian Investments, is a New York native with a creative approach to the financial markets and over thirty years of experience in the industry. Dan spent years at WG Trading, Merrill Lynch and Bear Wagner, trading derivative products, eventually finding his niche in the burgeoning space of ETFs. As CEO of Bear Hunter Structured Products LLC, he found his passion exploring the newest frontier in the industry. Alongside his partners, Dan has helped to mold the investment world we know today with contributions to many ETFs, including CurrencyShares and GLD.
James Tambone, Chief Distribution Officer, Alger
James Tambone is Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer at Alger. Jim has been affiliated with Alger since 2007 and has 38 years of financial services experience. In his current role, Jim oversees the sales and marketing efforts for Alger’s products across all sales channels. He is also a member of the Alger Partners Plan. From 1997 to 2004, Jim served as Co-President of Columbia Funds Distributor and was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s mutual fund sales and marketing. Jim earned his B.S. at Northeastern University where he graduated summa cum laude.
