Andrew joined UBS Global Wealth Management’s Chief Investment Office in July 2012 and currently serves as Head of Sustainable and Impact Investing, supporting clients with investment advice, strategy and thought leadership in these areas. He was previously Deputy Global Head of the CIO Ultra High Net Worth/Alternatives/Sustainable and Impact Investing group, with specific responsibility for the Impact Investing and Private Markets teams.
Matt Dutro, Director, Global Client Group, Investment Platforms & Research DWS
Matt joined DWS Group in 2004 and for the past nine years he has helped develop and manage the trust and private bank channels. Prior to the current role, Matt worked with consultants across the country, responsible for educating firms and analysts on the variety of DWS solutions. Matt holds a BS from the University of Arizona, Tucson and an MBA from Roosevelt University, Chicago.

Nathalie Wallace is the lead ESG Investment Strategist under the leadership of Rakhi Kumar, Head of ESG Investments and Asset Stewardship. For 20 years, she has lead investment teams implementing fundamental and quantitative investment processes across emerging markets equities, while overseeing asset allocation and equity portfolios for global institutional clients, with portfolio management roles at Batterymarch Financial Management, a Legg Mason affiliate, Wellington Management Company and Baring Asset Management and as a managing director at Delta Partners.
